Staffing
Required Hours
We expect all staff to help at least 6 hours per day, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Some staff will need to help on Thursday as well.
Hotel and Badges
Staff usually have to get their own hotel rooms. Some departments have a limited amount of hotel space, but “general staff” usually get their own room.
Badges to attend the convention are free for staff as long as you do your hours.
Can staff cosplay?
This depends on the department. Most departments say “no” while on duty, because cosplaying interferes with your ability to be recognized as a staff member. If attendees need help, they need to be able to find staff members easily.
Do staff get food?
We are planning on providing something, at least pizza, twice a day.
